Join us for this month's social at Framework Nashville! API Middle Tennessee guests get a free cold plunge and sauna. Drinks from their cafe will also be 50% off!

Framework is Nashville's social sauna and cold plunge studio. Their flagship location recently opened in Wedgewood Houston -- 5,000 sq feet fully dedicated to sauna and cold plunge, including indoor, outdoor, individual and group saunas and cold plunges as well as a non-alcoholic beverage focused cafe. Things to do/know in advance:

Towels are provided. All you need to bring is a swimsuit / something to get wet in.
Framework Waiver -- please complete prior to entry.
Framework is at 1411 4th Ave. South. Uber drop off in front. Easiest parking is at the adjacent lot just south of the building. Parking map here.
No experience necessary and our team would be delighted to give you coaching and recommendations!
Past the locker rooms is a wet space, leave your belongings and street shoes in a locker. Only bare feet or clean sandals.
Please shower before entering sauna or cold tubs and in between each usage of them.
The Cafe at Framework is on the 2nd floor and open for beverage and snack sales.

There are over 685,000 API LGBTQ+ adults in the United States (UCLA Williams Institute, 2021)
API LGBTQ+ adults have higher rates of unemployment, lower levels of income, and struggle with food insecurity (UCLA Williams Institute, 2021)
54% of API LGBTQ+ youth reported discrimination based on their race/ethnicity in the past year (Trevor Project, 2022)
API LGBTQ youth who have social support from friends attempted suicide at lower rates compared to AAPI LGBTQ youth without this support (Trevor Project, 2022)

This year, we're partnering with Comcast RISE, an initiative supporting the growth of small businesses and entrepreneurs committed to uplifting their local communities. The program is built to help businesses and their communities thrive with a focus on economic growth. To date, Comcast RISE has awarded 14,000 small businesses with over $140 million in monetary, marketing, and technology grants. We’re pleased to bring Comcast RISE back in 2025. This year, Comcast RISE will award 100 recipients in Nashville with a grant package that includes business consultation services, educational resources, a monetary grant, creative production, a media schedule, and a technology makeover. Comcast RISE is part of Project UP, Comcast’s comprehensive initiative to advance digital opportunity and help build a future of unlimited possibilities.
