The Red Envelope Dinner Series is a set of curated dinners that highlights Asian and Pacific Islander culture through the food and storytelling.  These dinners help support our ongoing work of making Tennessee a place where our community is connected and thriving.

  • Family style appetizers

    • Naan | buttered and garlic parmesan

    • Whipped Paneer | parmesan, feta, lime pickle honey, naan, crudite

    • Meatball Makhani | chicken meatballs, savory tomato cream sauce

  • Puffed Rice Bhel Salad | crispy puffed rice, mango, strawberry, potato, cilantro, tamarind chutney, mint chutney

  • Shrimp and Grits Moilee | coconut curry sauce, parmesan upma grits
