Join us for this month's social at Framework Nashville!  API Middle Tennessee guests get a free cold plunge and sauna.  Drinks from their cafe will also be 50% off!

Framework is Nashville's social sauna and cold plunge studio. Their flagship location recently opened in Wedgewood Houston -- 5,000 sq feet fully dedicated to sauna and cold plunge, including indoor, outdoor, individual and group saunas and cold plunges as well as a non-alcoholic beverage focused cafe. Things to do/know in advance: 

• Towels are provided. All you need to bring is a swimsuit / something to get wet in. 

• Framework Waiver -- please complete prior to entry.

• Framework is at 1411 4th Ave. South. Uber drop off in front. Easiest parking is at the adjacent lot just south of the building. Parking map here.

• No experience necessary and our team would be delighted to give you coaching and recommendations!

• Past the locker rooms is a wet space, leave your belongings and street shoes in a locker. Only bare feet or clean sandals. 

• Please shower before entering sauna or cold tubs and in between each usage of them. 

• The Cafe at Framework is on the 2nd floor and open for beverage and snack sales.
